Baby of the Month Rules and Submission Instructions.

1) Entries for the monthly photo contest must be between 0-60 months of age.

2) Include your baby's name, age, and date of photo in email with JPEG attachment. Please email your submission to info@MiniTots.com and write MONTHLY PHOTO CONTEST on the subject line.

3) Please do not submit any professional photos.

4) The parent or guardian of the child must be the person submitting the photo/JPEG. Unauthorized submissions will result in automatic disqualification from the contest.

5) Only one image per contestant will be considered. However, you can submit your child for multiple months as long as it is a different image than what was previously entered.

6) Photographs must be scanned and sent in JPEG format only.

7) Winners of MiniTots monthly contest will automatically be entered in an annual drawing. Monthly winners will receive a $20 Gift Certificate. The annual grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to MiniTots.com.

8) All photos become the property of MiniTots and will not be returned to the owner. MiniTots will never distribute or use the submitted picture for any other purpose than the monthly photo contest described herein. Winning photos may not be published elsewhere (including but not limited to other Internet web sites and print publications) without the express written consent of MiniTots. Use of winning photos without the express written consent of MiniTots will result in disqualification from the annual contest.

9) Winners will be featured on MiniTots.com.

10) This contest is void where prohibited.
